Pride @ Work is an affinity group for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, asexual/aromantic, and allied (LGBTQIA+) staff and faculty at NYU.
Pride @ Work fosters a visible network to build community, enhance personal and professional skills, and advocate for LGBTQIA+ staff and faculty at NYU.
We address this mission by allocating our resources towards three pillars:
• Community Engagement
We create diverse, inclusive, and equitable communities for LGBTQIA+ staff and faculty through social and cultural programming at NYU and the broader NYC community.
• Professional Development
We provide LGBTQIA+ staff and faculty with opportunities focused on personal and professional skill building, education, and mentorship.
• Advocacy
We collaborate with University partners to uplift and enhance the needs and concerns of LGBTQIA+ staff and faculty.
